Pigna offers free express shipping for all domestic orders over $200. Under $200 the cost of shipping is a flat fee of $10.
For our Australian customers, your order will be shipped via Express Post with next day delivery guaranteed (within the Australia Post network).
Outside of Australia
Pigna offers shipping worldwide for a flat rate of AUD $25 .

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. Any duties or taxes associated with the order are the responsibility of the recipient, and will need to be paid prior to the release of your order.
Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations. Please note that all prices and payments made on the Pigna website are in Australian dollar currency. GST (tax) will be removed at the checkout once your shipping country is selected.
We are unable to redirect orders once item/s have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
Orders are subject to stock availability. If items ordered through our online store are no longer available, or in the event we are unable to fulfill your order, Pigna will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund or an exchange for a suitable alternative
Ownership and risk
All products remain the property of PIGNA until goods are received and compliance tag/s have been removed.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly offer an exchange or Pigna credit note (credit note value excludes postage paid) if you have changed your mind within 7 days of your purchase.
For hygienic reasons we do not exchange pierced earrings.
To exchange your purchase, Pigna jewellery must be returned in its original unworn condition and in the original packaging. We can not exchange goods that have been worn. If the product shows wear, damage and is not in its original saleable condition, it will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
Please note that the pearls and gems stones used in Pigna jewelley are chosen not for perfection, but their natural beauty. Therefore they will vary in shape and colour and may not look exactly like the image. This is not a course for complaint.
All Pigna pieces are thoroughly quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.
Please note that wear and tear from everyday use will not be considered a fault.
Pigna jewellery is delicate and must be handled carefully, please adhere to the care instructions accompanying the product. You can also find our care instructions on this website for further information.
If you find your pieces has a manufacturing fault Pigna will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
The product must have been purchased within 6 months of notification.
You must notify Pigna by email email@example.com with:
A photograph of the item with a description of the fault
A "proof of purchase". Either the email confirmation from us or a bank statement.

The Pigna team will respond within two days on how to proceed
Repairs to damaged jewellery is assessed by case and may incur a fee.
